I’ve said it before, but we really are so lucky to have such amazingly supportive couples and families who continually remind us why we love what we do. And, Kaitlin & Adam are no exception. We first photographed them during their engagement session in 2006, the summer before they would say, “I do!” That session took place at Dowses Beach, and we thought it was the perfect place to photograph them again, this time with their crazy sweet little boys, Miles & Bennett.
Although we hadn’t seen Kaitlin & Adam in several years, we had kept in touch via email and facebook and last year we got to photograph Adam’s brother, Matt, and his wife, Katherine, and their sweet new baby girl. Click HERE for a look.
It’s so flattering and humbling when our wedding couples and their families come back to us to document the next happy milestones in their lives. It really is THE best endorsement that lets us know we’re doing something right.
So, without further ado…here’s a look at our time together again with Kaitlin & Adam and their delicious little monkey men.
Before they came to meet us, Kaitlin & Adam took their kids on a Hyannis Pirate Tour, which was a HUGE hit, particularly with Miles, who wanted to carry his sword for the entire session. Shiver me timbers! I spy a photographer in yonder bushes.

I was able to get a little alone time with Miles (which was so fun…such a sweet little guy), but all that pirate fun and running around on the beach has left our little guy tuckered out. Nothing like a hug from mom to recharge the batteries.

So, we end our time together where it all began for our relationship with Kaitlin & Adam…..7 years and still going strong! Love these two lovebirds!
Kaitlin & Adam, thank you so very much for sharing your sweet boys with us and for allowing us to document the four of you together, enjoying each other and Dowses Beach. It feels like just yesterday when we were there, watching you commit your hearts & lives to each other, and getting to see those hearts, walking around in the form of your sweet boys was so much fun, and such a pleasure. We adore you guys and hope to get to spend more time together again soon.
